The blind is fantastic. There was a bit of a wait for processing and delivery, but they do mention that on their site.

I usually steer clear of online shopping since I like to check out the product in person. But since there was a free sample available, I decided to give it a shot, and it showed up fast. I used the fitting guide to order the blind, and it came in just 5 days, fitting like a glove. Gotta admit, my perspective on online blind shopping has shifted, and I’d totally go with them again. Super pleased with my buy!

My blind got lost during shipping. They didn’t even take the time to let me know. After waiting for a whole month, I reached out to customer support, and all I received was a disrespectful attitude and yelling. I'm still waiting on my refund. Seriously, steer clear!

The layout of this company's site is super confusing and really not user-friendly, plus their customer service is basically non-existent. I went to order a blind, picked the size, and then chose the frame color, just like the site laid it out. Little did I know, when I picked the frame color, it reset the blind size and switched it from what I had originally chosen.

I get that they asked me to confirm my selections, but I was sure I had the right size and color, so I hit 'yes'. It wasn't until I got my order and opened the box that I found out I received the wrong size.

I reached out to the company, and they were not helpful at all. They refused to let me return a BRAND NEW, UNUSED blind just because I had opened the box. I had no clue what size I got until I opened it.

Now, I'm £70 down the drain with a blind that I can't use. This whole situation has been a real hassle, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this company.

I got my order of 6 Perfect fit blinds pretty quickly, but man, all the packages were in rough shape. When I took a look, I found that some of the assembly parts were broken. I reached out to customer service and they assured me replacements would be sent. After nearly two weeks of waiting and a bunch of empty promises, I had to go with another company, placed an order, and paid for it. They delivered the items in just 48 hours, and only then could I finish putting up the blinds.
